At Ferntree Gully Hyundai’s Service Department you can be rest assured that highly skilled and trained technicians will service your vehicle.
We are open and operating during Stage 4 Restrictions with a COVID Safe Plan in place.
As of 16th September, our Service Department is open for log book servicing, scheduled servicing, maintenance and all other reasons that you would usually visit us for.
If your vehicle was due for a service during Stage 4 lockdown and you were unable to visit us, please get in touch straight away so we can get your vehicle maintained as soon as practical.
We comply with strict COVID Safe protocols to ensure your safety and ours as you interact with our business. As such, we have implemented a completely contactless process for our Service customers, which means that this year’s visit might look a little bit different. But don’t stress! We will still be able to provide you our award-winning Customer Experience.
Here’s a few changes during Stage 4 Restrictions:
- Unfortunately our Shuttle Service is not operating. Due to this, we have increased our Loan Vehicle offering so you still have a flexible way of returning home or heading to work.
- Our Waiting Room is closed, as we are unable to have any guests wait on-site. As above, we will have extra Loan Vehicles to help with this.
- We are unable to offer you a lift to Train Stations during this time.
- We will be offering a Drop Off & Pick Up Service of your vehicle from your home or place of work, as long as it falls within 5km of our business. The image below will assist you with knowing if you are within 5km of us.
